Serbian language lessons and school adaptation
Description
My name is Timur. I’ve lived in Serbia for 11 years and went to school here from first grade through graduation. Russian and Serbian are both native languages for me, and I know the local education system from the inside. I work with children aged 7–18, and sometimes take older students too. I’ve been teaching since 2024. How I can help: Serbian through immersion, without rote learning; adapting to school (how to fit in with classmates, how grades and rules work); help with homework and test preparation—I explain things until they’re understood, not just memorized. I won a DMS math competition, and my project for the Center for Talents received a national-level award. I know what teachers expect from their students. Lessons are relaxed and pressure-free, and I adapt to each child’s pace. One hour — 1000 dinars. In person: Kikinda and Zrenjanin (travel fee applies); online throughout Serbia. First lesson is free.
