Terms of Use

Welcome to Ovdix. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ovdix mobile application and related services. By using Ovdix, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our application. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Ovdix after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use certain features of Ovdix, you may be required to create an account. You can register using Google authentication or by providing your email address and creating a password. You will also need to provide your first name (required) and optionally your last name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine that your actions may expose you, other users, or Ovdix to legal liability.

By posting ads, messages, reviews, or other content on Ovdix, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, maintain, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving Ovdix.

Prohibited content and actions

You agree not to post content or engage in actions that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Are fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive
• Are defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive
• Promote discrimination, fanaticism, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm to any person or group
• Are violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that threaten any person or organization
• Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use another user's username

Ovdix reserves the right to remove, block, or modify any user content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You can report inappropriate content through the built-in 'Report' feature in the app. To do this, click on the report icon next to any ad or message and select the reason for the report.

Ovdix reviews such reports within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Ovdix reserves the right to remove, block, or modify any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Ovdix provides a platform for users to post listings for goods and services. We do not own, buy, sell, or hold any goods offered through our platform. We do not participate in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.

All transactions are conducted directly between users. Therefore, we do not control the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the advertised goods, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell goods or buyers to purchase goods.

You are solely responsible for all listings you post, including ensuring they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must provide accurate and complete information about the goods you are selling.

Ovdix provides automatic translation of ads and chat messages using artificial intelligence technology. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for your purposes.

You understand and agree that automatic translation is provided for convenience, and Ovdix is not responsible for any inaccuracies, misunderstandings, or disputes that may arise from translation errors.

Ovdix offers both free and paid subscription services. Free accounts may have limitations on the number of listings and may display ads.

Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable terms of these third-party payment processors. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and cancel them directly through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Ovdix offers promotion options to increase the visibility of your listings. Promotions can be one-time or recurring (tied to your subscription).

One-time promotions expire when the listing is sold or edited. Recurring promotions can be reassigned to new listings after a sale according to the terms of your subscription. Promotion services are subject to availability and may vary by region.

Free-tier users may see ads through Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you agree to the display of such ads and the associated collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

We also use AppsFlyer to analyze app usage and improve our services. The data collected through AppsFlyer is subject to the AppsFlyer Privacy Policy and their Privacy Policy.

Ovdix uses location data to enhance your experience, including showing you nearby listings and allowing you to include location information in your listings. By using our location-based services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of this data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use Google Maps Services for geocoding. Your use of these services is also governed by Google's terms of service, available at https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/.

The Ovdix application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EGOR ZHELUDKOV PR NOVI SAD and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, perform, or distribute any part of Ovdix without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovdix and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, reputation, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Ovdix during the 12 months preceding the claim.

In some jurisdictions, the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages may not be permitted. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your access to Ovdix immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use Ovdix will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, provisions regarding ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
